School Programs FAQs

Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your application will be placed on our waiting list. If an opening comes up, we'll fill it from the waiting list in the order the applications were received.

I submitted an application form for a school program reservation. When will I find out the date and program my class received? Reservation confirmations will be sent out approximately three to six weeks after we receive your application. Check with your school or district office or with the teacher who was listed as the Lead Teacher on your application. If it has been seven weeks and you still haven't received a confirmation, please call (831) 647-6886 or (866) 963-9645 or email School Programs.

Only self-guided programs are available during the summer and on weekends. Please submit an on-line application. We'll process your application and notify you in a approximately six weeks.
